Our Journey

The Happy Colon Clinic was founded in 2022 whilst I was on a journey to self discovery, healing and better health.

After spending years in a Corporate world, thinking I'd achieved what I had always wanted; status, title, a six figure income, I was drained, miserable and completely unfulfilled. I was craving change, I was craving more. 

 I knew that I had so much healing to do in mental, physical an spiritual way and. my poor gut and digestive health lead me on a path to find Colon Hydrotherapy.

It was incredible how good I felt after each treatment and the relief that I experienced was like nothing I had felt before. I felt clear, free and started to became an advocate for the treatment.

After months of bouncing around the idea of leaving my Corporate career path to open my own clinic won out, and being true to my impulsive self, I left my job to go and complete my Colon Hydrotherapy Training with Australian Colon Health in Melbourne and seven weeks later The Happy Colon Clinic was opened in Shepparton, Victoria.

I will never forget the journey I have been on with my business, the people that supported me from the start, the lessons learnt and the blood sweat and tears but I wouldn't change any of it for the world.

Colon Hydrotherapy opened the door to a world of holistic health that excited me, and so my learning, growing and developing in this space started. This has lead to some significant health changes for me personally, for my family and for my home.

The Happy Colon Clinic is transforming from just offering Colon Hydrotherapy into a space of complete integrative approach to healing, health and wellness.
